I first received the wrong thing and got the wreath storage bag. I contacted the company and it took a couple of days for response. (There was a bad storm so and I found out that they were not in the office). Jane did respond later and was very willing to ship out the bag because the tree that I need to store is in another state. Jane was able to get it shipped to the other state and it arrived 2 days later. I have not seen the bag myself but my family members report that it is heavy duty and roomy enough for a large tree. ( I believe it is about 9 feet). The customer service ended up being top notch and so did the bag.

Love that it opens down the side also. Makes getting the tree parts in the bag easier. Also plenty large for my 8 ft tree. No squishing the branches. Sturdy canvas also!

The 9 ft bag was the perfect size for my 7.5 ft tree. However, one of the plastic buckles completely snapped when I tried to tighten the straps around the bag. Still in the process of trying to get a response from customer service.
