Where can I buy your products?

Our items are available at a number of online sites for your convenience. On the main page scroll down to the bottom and you will see which sites our products are located. Click on any of the logos to bring you to your favorite online store. Items are also available for purchase directly through us on this site. Please click on “Products” on the top left of our main page to see which items we have available.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, most of our items have a five-year limited warranty. Please see our warranty page for more information.

What is your return policy?

We have a 60 day return policy on most items. Please see return information by clicking on the returns tab to the left.

Can you expedite shipping?

Yes, when checking out you will see options for expedited shipping. We offer economic, standard, 2-day, 3 day, and overnight shipping.

Do you ship international?

Yes, we can ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. We will NOT alter any information or put a lower value on customs forms.

Do you offer any sales or discounts?

Yes! We have sales throughout the year. Please check back often and around holiday times as more items and sales are added. Discount codes are sent out throughout the year through social media and email. If you would like to receive these codes please subscribe to our email list and follow us on Facebook, twitter, and Instagram.

Can you do bulk discounts?

Yes, depending on the item and the quantity. Please reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to discuss bulk order discounts in detail.

Can I select which carrier to use?

Yes. We can select a specific carrier that will best suit your needs. We can ship, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please note that not all carriers can deliver to a specific location. An increased charge may apply.

I don’t like what I received. Can I exchange it?

Yes, we can exchange any item for one of equal or lesser value. The return must come back in original packaging and the item can not be used or damaged in any way. An exchange for an item of lesser value will have any difference in price refunded.

Do you have a restocking fee?

No, we do not have a restocking fee.

How fast are items shipped?

Orders that have been paid in full will be shipped same day or next business day. Please note that we ship Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 1pm. We are closed Saturday and Sundays. If you need an item shipped as soon as possible, please reach out to our customer service team and they will be happy to accommodate your requests as best they can.

Can I get gift wrapping for my item?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping service at this time. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

This item is a gift. Can I make sure that the gift recipient won’t see the value?

Absolutely. Orders are shipped with a packing slip that shows the item and the address. No information on payment or item value is included on or in the package.

I am tax exempt, but I am still being charged tax. How can I fix this?

We collect tax on sales made in New York State. If you are exempt from New York State Tax, please send us proof of your exemption and we will be happy to reimburse any tax payments made.

My item is lost or stolen. What can be done?

Please contact our customer service team and they will assist you promptly. Make sure that the address on your order is correct and that you have first checked with neighbors and members of your household to make sure they have not received your package by accident.

Prices on other websites are cheaper. Why is that?

Prices vary and fluctuate with every marketplace. Third party sellers selling our products will make their own prices. Please note that if you purchase from an unauthorized re-seller, your products warranty may not be valid.

I purchased an item and now the price went down. Can I get an adjustment?

Yes. You have 14 days from date of purchase to get a price adjustment if price is lowered.
